Episcopal Delegate
Patricia Carroll is the Episcopal Delegate for Pastoral Resources. Patricia is head of the pastoral resources department which includes Religious Education, Safeguarding, Justice & Peace and Youth Ministry.
Patricia is also available to support parishes and offer resources in the following areas:
- Parish Pastoral Councils
- Developing Parish Clusters
- Adult Faith Formation
- Catechists training
- Children's Liturgy
- Spirituality
- Parish Retreats
- Formation for Eucharistic ministers and readers
- Parish consultancy

Yvonne provides administration support for the diocesan Youth Coordinator, the Justice & Peace Coordinator and the Episcopal Delegate. Yvonne is also the administrator for processing applications for migrant religious workers.
